Davis II, Managing Attorney, is a licensed Texas attorney, disabled U.S. Air Force veteran, and retired federal officer with a background spanning business law, compliance, and organizational leadership. He currently serves as Chief Compliance and Legal Advisor for StrikeCoach Inc., a Texas-based fit-tech startup, where he advises on corporate governance, regulatory operations, and strategic growth.
   
• Ashley N. Davis, Attorney and Compliance Consultant, is a licensed Texas attorney and Health Fraud Investigator for a CMS contractor. With extensive clinical health care experience, she brings an operational understanding of patient care, provider compliance, and the realities of health care delivery that few attorneys possess.
   

Together, Dennis and Ashley merge legal expertise with practical industry knowledge. Thus, providing guidance that works in both the boardroom and the clinic.
